General rules that apply to every bet

These rules apply to every bet, spin and hand placed with us. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and, where you are playing with a promotion, the terms of that promotion. Where a rule shown inside a game differs from a general rule here, the rule shown in the game applies to that round.

  • One account per player. You may hold one account with us, in your own name and with your own payment details. You must be 18 or over to register or to place a bet. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them may be voided.
  • Account checks. We hold a gaming licence and must confirm who you are. We may ask for identity, address or payment documents before, during or after play, and a withdrawal may be held until those checks are complete.
  • Real money and bonus balance. Where your account holds both, stakes are taken in the order set out in the cashier. Wins from bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance until the conditions of that bonus have been met.
  • Bets are final once placed. When a round starts, the bet has been accepted and cannot be changed, reduced or taken back, whatever the outcome. Closing the game window, refreshing the page or losing connection does not cancel a bet that has already been placed.
  • Stakes and limits. Minimum and maximum stakes differ from game to game. They are shown in the game itself and, where they apply to your account, in the limits shown in your account.

Play is for adults only

You can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time from the safer gambling area of your account. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed sites in Great Britain.

How bets and spins are settled

The result of a round

Every game runs on a game server rather than on your device. The result recorded by that server is the result of the round and decides what is paid. Where what you see on screen differs from the server record, because of a display fault, a slow connection or a browser problem, the server record stands.

  1. Your stake is taken from your balance when you confirm the bet.
  2. The game server produces the outcome using a random number generator that has been tested for fairness.
  3. The outcome is settled against the paytable and rules published in that game.
  4. Any win is credited to the balance the stake was taken from, and the round is written to your game history.

Your game history is the record of your play with us. You can open it from your account at any time to check the stake, outcome and time of a round.

Return to player

Each game shows its return to player figure in the game help or information panel. This is a theoretical percentage calculated over a very large number of rounds. It does not describe what any single session will return, and results over a short period can sit well above or well below it.

Malfunctions, errors and lost connections

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature, jackpot or payment is affected by a fault, the round is void and any amount credited in error is corrected. Stakes taken for a void round are returned to the balance they came from.

  • A fault includes a software error, a mistake in a paytable, an incorrect odds or payout display, a duplicated round, or a result that could not have occurred under the published rules of the game.
  • If a fault has credited your account with an amount you were not entitled to, we will adjust the balance. If the amount has already been withdrawn, it is treated as a debt owed to us.
  • If a fault has cost you an amount you were entitled to, we will credit it once the round has been checked against the server record.
  • We may suspend a game while a fault is looked into, and we may hold a related withdrawal until that work is finished.

If your connection drops, the round does not disappear. Most games save their state, so when you sign back in the round either continues from the point it reached or is settled automatically against the server record, with any win already credited to your balance. Open the game again, or check your game history, before placing a new bet.

Do not re-stake a round you think was lost

If you are unsure whether a bet was accepted, check your game history first. Placing the bet again may result in two separate rounds, and both will stand.

Playing with bonus funds

Play funded by a bonus follows the terms of that bonus as well as these rules. Those terms are shown when you claim the offer and remain available in the promotions area of your account while the bonus is active.

  • Maximum bet. While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per round applies. Rounds placed above it may be void, and the bonus and any winnings from it may be removed.
  • Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some do not contribute at all. The rates that apply are listed in the bonus terms.
  • Order of play. Where your balance holds both real money and bonus funds, the cashier shows which funds are being staked. Keep an eye on this before you change your stake size.
  • Expiry. A bonus and any winnings attached to it expire at the end of the period shown in the offer. Unused bonus funds are then removed from the balance.
  • Fair play. Play designed to secure a guaranteed return from a bonus rather than to play the game, including low-risk betting patterns on table games, may lead to the bonus and its winnings being removed.

Live casino and table games

Live games are run from a studio by a dealer, with the table's own rules published in the help section of that table. Those rules cover how hands are dealt, which side bets are offered and how each payout is calculated.

  • Betting time. Each round has a betting window shown on screen. A bet that is not confirmed before the window closes is not accepted and is returned to your balance.
  • Dealer decisions. The dealer's call at the table, together with the result recorded by the game server, settles the round. A card or result called in error is corrected using the published rules of the table, and the corrected result stands.
  • Table conduct. Chat is moderated. We may remove chat access, or close a session, where messages are abusive towards the dealer or other players.
  • Seats and interruptions. Seats may be released if you are inactive for the period shown at the table. If a table has to close mid-round, open bets are returned unless the result had already been determined.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you think a round has been settled incorrectly, contact us before placing further bets on that game. The sooner we hear from you, the easier the round is to trace.

  1. Write to support@casinomogobet.co.uk or start a live chat from the site.
  2. Tell us the name of the game and, for live games, the table.
  3. Give the date and time of the round, including your time zone if you were playing from outside the United Kingdom.
  4. Give the round or transaction reference from your game history, and the stake and result you expected.

We will check the round against the server record and come back to you with what we find. If you are not satisfied with the answer, your complaint can be escalated through our complaints procedure and, after that, to the independent dispute resolution service named in our Terms and Conditions. The server record is the evidence used at every stage.
